Photoshop 7, CS, CS2 are the best (is CS3 out yet?)

You can buy photoshop 7 for around £50 on ebay I am sure
the more recent versions will be more around £200 - £500.

or, you can download it off limewire/ file sharing programe

It takes a while to become advanced tho. most of the ga's and senior artists on this site have been making graphics for 1/2/3 years now
