I thought we were Ok cause we're a 3rd Party site. But I am really unknown to this sorta stuff.

I talked to Amaresh about it and he said that we will keep it until we get a warning of some sort. But we don't host them so we can't be blamed that much really. It's hosted on third party websites and us admins can say that we didn't notice it.. and we will close it and apologise. But I doubt it will ever get there.
