Bayou Talker

I am looking for a website to act as the front page to my forum http://www.totalspl.com/forum, something like the one that SA currently has. The idea and design can be totally up to you, I just want it based around the SPL. I also want CuteNews intergrated into the design as I am looking to have a latest news section where members can post their own articles.

I think thats it basically as I dont want to limit the designers but if you do need any more info please dont hesitate to ask.

The fee is going to be split between the admin team so we don't really have a specific budget as of yet so although I do imagine the maximum would be around £100, if this isn't enough please let me know and im sure we can negotiate something.

Well if you want to get a site like Soccer-Art's then I would be the one you should be looking for since I designed/coded it. But I wouldn't make a site in the same style for someone else. If you want to get the same system with a different style design we could talk. But PM me if you're interested and we can discuss it further. If not.. then good luck with the contest.
