I want to know how do you get thos glowing lines around the player in this case FLAMINI...i have seen loads of sigs and walls with this effect... i would really appreciate it if someone could help me....

Light Textures mate.

If you go on the DeviantArt search engine, and type in 'Large Light Textures' you may get something like that.

When you've downloaded the Light Texture and want to put it on your Sig; set the Layer Setting to Lighten or Screen

Edit: couldn't find them on here, But i found them on FootyArts. So credit to jamie for these.

Bg what i done was put a red BG... then using marquee tool made vertical sqaures and fill them with white and set the opacity to soft light and fill to about 20%.... Duplicate the layer and GO to > Filter>Distort>Shear and make an S shape and ok... then select half of the sig and unsaturate to get the b&w effect
