Hi Guys

I know this will prob be the stupidist thing to ask but how do i go about getting this type of stencil effect in this sig of Ronaldiniho. :cool:

I take it you mean the Ronnie Render on the Left?
Go Image > Adjustments > Threshold.

It may look a bit rough, chances are he used the Pen Tool and smoothened it down. As Threshold does come out a bit rough

yeah do that but instead of using the pen tool duplicate the render layer that has threshold effect go to > Filter > Blur > Gaussion Blur(if i spelt it right) set to 2.0 then go image> Ajustments> curves and your looking to set it so it so the picture looks smooth

There's a better way Lol.

Go Filter > Stylize > Diffuse

Set the Settings to Anisotropic.

Then go Sharpen > UnSharp Mask and piss around with the settings til you get something you like.

Then you can Lasso/Pen tool bits out, with using Ctrl U to lighten it or darken it

I use it and it's great
