....add different textures to the text layer styles in PS7? When i'm adding contours and such to text, theres a "texture" option to which i'd like to find and add a wood texture. I know there is a somewhat wood looking one already, but i'd like to add a different one. I found some textures in the texture folder, but these appear not to be the same things used for text textures because i saw none that appear in the text texture options when i'm working. Where are they, what is the file type, how do i add them, and where can i find them?

You can make a pattern out of anything, although many won`t tile well without further effort.
Open an image in Phothshop and define the desired pattern with the Rectangular Marquee tool. Go Edit>>Define Pattern.

Ta-da.
They should then be available from the Edit>>Fill menu, as well as the Styles dialog.
