Hello, here's my first post on this forum. [righton]

I would like to make an effect similar to the one that has been used with the picture that i attached with this post.

I have been looking for a tutorial that shows me how to make this effect, but i ended up with no result.

Any suggestions of tutorials that shows me how to do this effect?

No wonder i couldn't find any tutorial about this effect, since it isn't called "paint effect" hehe.

...and here I am thinking it was done with the pen tool and fills.

I guess I'd better take a closer look at some of those artistic filters.
