know that other Arsenal site (Arsenal-mania) has a arrangement as well
but I wasn't sure is we were limited to using ones they used and vice versa.
I tried contacting my original contact but he said he was no longer
involved, and that is why I am trying to find out the conditions of use.
If you can help or point me in the right direction that would be much
appreciated.

Tell him that the affiliate page will be active shortly and that they can only use arsenal wallpapers and they can use any of our arsenal wallpapers in the gallery. As long as they link to us, they can use our wallpapers from the arsenal section. And point him to the affiliation thread in annoucements to get info how to submit himself.

The Admin at Pixelwaffle got in contact with me the other night and requested an affiliation with us - http://pixelwaffle.co.uk/ . I know the Admin pretty well and I go on Pixelwaffle a lot. It's a Graphics Forum but really laid back, isn't really interested about competing with other Graphics Sites. It's a Graphics Site with a lot of OffTopic Banter.
