Hello everyone
I was wondering if there was anyone kind enough to help me in this problem I have
i always read in tutorials in some steps
(( smudge ur render ))
i tried to smudge and it doesnt look like the outcome of the tutorial

so can any one please help me to figure out a way to smudge better

depends of what kind of smudging you want..but try to hold the mouse's button when smudging and don't use default smudging.
