the bg is a bit simple... but i really like it... the color is great... and the effects too...
the render looks good, and the text is ok...but needs more work.

I'm loving your use of textures here, it looks really nice. The only thing I have to criticise is the render, it could be better worked, and also could be smaller, as Levy said. Keep it up GT, nice job.
