firstly, wrong section. It should be in 'English teams and players'

secondly render looks a bit choppy and needs some effects, the bg needs work and the badge just looks random.

good effort. but try looking at tutorials etc to improve.

Like the effects on the background, keep at it. :]
You should try blend the render in a bit more though, and the font/font colour isn't exactly the greatest either, it doesn't really match the rest of the sig.

You might want to try to enlarge the badge or soften it out more, your sig needs a theme.
Other than that, I agree with Finn, try looking at other people's artwork to get some inspiration too.

Keep it at and you'll get the hang of it soon enough!
