Good job mate, really its not as bad as you think, pretty nice.....

The good:
The pattern in the background is a nice idea and you managed to put it in well. The render and its blending is nice, i love how the pics colors are. Also the white shiny brush on the bottom is good. Text is nice.

Room for improvement:
The background is a little empty, next time maybe make the render a little bit bigger. The logo doesn't fit too well either, and maybe make the sig a little smaller.

Overall: 8/10, good job, but keep working!

what can i add to the bg i cant really use brushing because i dont know what the best brush would be

i actually don't really like this. some empty part is really empty. and you shouldn't use too much overlayed thing.
for the bg, maybe you can use textures, or maybe the main pic from the pic, without cutting out the bg first, for example, the crowd, stadium, etc.
