When i go to render>clouds etc... instead of just doing the objective on in the selected text it goes into a big mess and just transformes it to clouds and the options menu to config that option does not show up. Can anyoen help me?

Well it looks pretty straight forward SickMade.

You need to have the text selected before running the clouds filter on it. And don't forget to click on your type layer prior to running clouds on it. That Activates that layer and not the BG or other layer.

Welcome aboard SickMade! Yep, like theKeeper (Mark) has pointed out, it just looks like the author of that tutorial left out the bit about selecting the type!

[bustagut] Mark! I'm laughing at your new avatar! 8[
