You don't show any respect to the sig maker, and to be honest, I think that post was very mean. Not everyone can make world class graphics.
You just say it's ugly. He can't use that opinion for anything at all. Give him some constructive critisism instead of being so disrespectful and give him a such replay. Tell him why it's bad. Tell him what he could change to make it better.

I don't like the sig very much, but it's a start. The render is nice. Very Nice effects on it! I think you could do more with the background. But in some custom shapes instead of making the whole background by 1 brush. The text could be better aswell. I don't think you should type your name in the sig. At least not in a such big size.
