And Sue... the bg is real easy.
Apply the same metallic grad used on the face of your text, to the bg layer. Run the "Displace>Glass" filter on it (settings = 5 & 1 w/'Tiny Lens'). Dupe the layer, Invert the colours (Ctrl/Cmd+I), over-saturate the colours, set the blend mode to Vivid Light, and add a Layer Mask to the duped layer. Run the Clouds filter on the Layer Mask. The the Difference Clouds filter about 6-12 times.

See? Real easy. [bustagut]

Unfortunately, I don't. I was concerned that I might be angering the bandwidth spirits with all my recent attachments so I purposelly made this one small. Sorry.

Moth, don't you worry about how many attachments you post on this board; there no limit for that (yet).
Only make sure that your files are smaller than 150kB and not wider than 600 pixels, ok?
