"This request could not be completed because scratch disks are full."

I get that whenever I try to do anything in Photoshop. Couldn't even save my Van Persie wall today because of this. I have over 800 MB of space free on my hard drive so why won't it let me do anything?

Also when I open it it says disk space is running low, I realize it takes a lot of space to run Photoshop but it has to completely take over my hard drive? I don't even get that when I run FM07 so I'm a bit confused. Any help is appreciated.

If I were you, I'll open the PC case and check the ram's place, it might have losened from it's place, also, remove dust, it'a big enemy for computers. About the hard-disk, I don't have a clue to be honest. Does your PC crash frequently?
