Can someone please please help me how to add apply textures i have downloaded into my sigs.... i am lookin 4 how to add like those lines on sigs like around players swooosh type ones

drag the texture into your sig and then set it to lighten, or blur it and play around with the lighting effects.

That was either set to screen or to lighten. It all depends with what type of textures you are working with, experimenting on what looks best would be the best then.

just drag them to ur sig and play around with them
colour dodge .. screen .. overlay
