Was wondering how u do this effect ?



The effect im talking about is the part where it looks like it's been moved a little, its probably very simple, but i can't seem to work it out, :o

select different sections of the sig copy them and paste them as a new layer..then move them about...

You can do it in another way too. More efficient i think - after selecting the part of the image you want to shift, hit Ctrl+J on your keyboard and it will create the selected portion as a layer.
