Here's a comment that may be useful instead of just saying that everything is bad like the previous comment..
The background cold be better, maybe if it was softened a bit, it looks a bit sharp. I like the sort of tile effect in the middle.
Render is alright, but it doesn't blend with the background.
The text would look better if it was just a plain white arial, simpler text looks better when you're beginning otherwise people tend to overdo it.

Just select the layer with all the red stuff on it in the background and either go to Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur or right-click on the smudge tool, select blur and make a big brush to smooth it over.

Only good thing is the render, which isn't that great. The background looks too fuzzy and dark, and the Text is probably the worse thing since Juventus got their point deduction cut to half.

well I like the render,
but don't like the bg so far.
how about some other effect. and lighten the bg a bit`?
