I was talking to Horia about this yesterday and we couldn't find a solution to it, as everything seemed fine and was fine until recently (because I did this a few days ago without any problems).
I want to make some buttons, with rounded edges. I press CTRL+A, then go to Select > Modify > Border '6xp'. Then I go to Select > Modify > Smooth '10px'. However after that we had the problems. For some reason when ever I try and fill the selected area with a colour, or put a border on it via the Edit > Stroke... function, it always feathers the color and leaves it faded, for no reason it appears. 'Feather' is set at 0px and it still does it.
We couldn't figure out what the problem was, lol. Does anyone have any ideas to cure this? Having it as it is might be useful at one stage in the future, but I want to know how to get rid of it and now and if I do need it again, put it back on again. Any ideas?
