Default How to copy image color, etc?

I'm shooting digitally in a studio environment, and I am just learning PhotoShop to tweak my images.

How can I duplicate the 'tweaks' I have made in one image to a second and third image created with the exact same lighting conditions?

I am converting the images to sepia tone. After converting, I make minor adjustments that I do not track. Once I get the color, saturation, etc the
way I like it, I would like to duplicate that look to the other images.

Is there an easy way to do this?

thanks for your help !

The easiest way is to make an action. Then you can even put all the images in one folder and have them batch adjusted in no time.

How to is explained in a thread somewhere, with images. I'll try to find it for you.

Welcome to the forum LindaE.

Erik is right - using an action and batch processing is the route to go. Here's a good article (pdf) on the subject! http://www.transcontinental-printing...sBatchProc.pdf

But I've already made all the changes and did not record them in an action.
Is there not a way to copy it now?

thanks so much for your input

But I made other 'tweaks' to the color that I don't want to have to manually repeat.

Hello Linda, welcome to the PSG forum.

Sorry, but you are going to have to run through your 'tweaks' once again to record them into an Action.
The Time Portal plug-in is not yet available.

Welcome, Linda... indeed, as the folks said, you'll need to record an action from scratch. once the image is saved, the brush strokes are lost, just remains the pixels.

Anothre way to re-apply corrections from a picture to the other:

If you used adjustment layers to tweak the curves, even to apply a sepia tone, then yes, you would just need to drag-and drop them on the other image. But following your explanation, it seems that you applied the adjustments directly on the image, instead of using adj. layers. (the half black half white logo in the layers palette)

See it this way: you learned from your mistake!
