I came up with a logo for you, but i think its too big to be a logo, but I'm submitting it nonetheless, I'll work on the banner if i find time. Great competition though. 
Went for a classy kinda look. If you want the images in the squares customised or anything else changed, just PM me.

ritwkr, tidy logo, love the font etc, could you try it with the other 3 images lined up in the bottom of the black box? if that makes sense, very clean and tidy i love it
I'm going to extend the deadline for this to Monday, same time of 22:00

Here you are, smaller logo, and a banner to match.  
Kept the banner simple, and made it in the same style as the logo. Both will look best against a black backdrop.

Wow! you made some real tough competition here!
very nice logo, nice banner. a bit plain for my preferences but this aint my competition!
just a suggestion. in the banner, fix the tilt on the red rectangle on the left logo in the banner. and the black box on the left side is not very striaght, you have a small black line coming from the box
EDIT: plus are thoose your pictures? they look good enough to be copyrighted
