dtunam will only give out the PSD if he wants to, so ask him.

The probabilty of him giving the .psdis 1%. It involves a lot of work and when giving out .psd's, there is always a big chance of ripping which isn't fair, and it's not fair because the artist has been kind but poeple got the better of him/her.

From the looks of it, the wallpaper is done with some great lighting effects, done with the pen tool and feathering or with the airbrush (less acurate though). Text is arial with some outer-stroke on it, then playing around to get the best result.

Maybe this helped a little bit. (I don't have the .psd by the way. )
