It's not even been an hour since you posted it, be patient.
For your first attempt it is good, I prefer V2 because of the text. The lighting looks good but it's a bit simple, I don't particularly like the font in either, but it's miles better than a lot of people's first attempts. Keep trying, you'll get better and better.

Yea, the text is the most difficult thing, I think! How do you all do these thins? all thoes different types of letters!?

I find that just using arial, but with different spacing etc. is easy but looks effective, especially if you're a bgeinner.
