Personally I prefer v2's colours but v1's render effects. In v2 if you brightened up the face a little it would be great. This one would look great on the desktop. Good job.

Becks really looks like craig bellamy in that pic lol.

The wall looks alright, i prefer v1 but bring the colours out a bit more like you did in v2. The render looks a bit too sharp around the face and shirt imo but looks 10x better than the render in v2. Text isn't bad either, but like everything could be improved. Overall its just a bit bland - not your best wall tbh keep at it
