hi guys, im new here...
just curious, ive noticed that alot of these style of banners (as in banners you take to matches) are becoming very popular. i intend to make one using a projector from a digital image. just wondering if anybody knows what program or how to convert a standard jpeg etc into this sort of style...

Wrong forum, should be in the help forum.
Get yourself photoshop. Look at some vector tutorials, and other photoshop tutorials.
