Your position on Fernando Torres, Arsenal Fans

Do you think Arsenal can afford him?

Is he worth the ¬£25 million figure people have said that he would be available for?

Have you seen enough of him in La Liga to form an assessment of the kind of player he is and whether he will be good enough for Arsenal?

Do you think he would be a good sigining for Arsenal?

Basically, what are your views on the guy?

I'm a La Liga fan and a Spanish fan so I see plenty of him. He would do better than Reyes because he is already learning English now. It would probably take one season to settle in but after that he would be great in a front 3 with RVP and Henry.

Reyes + £13m + Vela on loan

Good player. The way you go on about Rooney is ridiculous. Torres is better. He needs to play in a better team than Atletico.

I've watched him a lot, and while he's good and quick- minded, I don't rate him that highly in Atlético. Having said that, he doesn't get the support from midfield that you'd suppose he'd get at Arsenal. But I'd move heaven and earth to get Henry fit again for another season - he makes Torres look irrelevant, even at his age.

I believe Fernando Torres would be a fantastic signing for Arsenal, The Gunners have a fantastic chance of signing him despite his 27m buy out clause in his new contract signed earlier this season, Atletico Madrid are interested in taking Reyes on loan for the season and signing Rosicky on a permanent deal, I've heard Arsene Wenger is considering letting them both leave plus 10m to get Fernando Torres but expect competition from Liverpool as they seem to have failed in signing Eto'o who looks set to join Milan and also Been Priced out of David Villa from Valencia.
