v2 is better, you didnt require the second render.
The main render is sweet, seems distorted though...did you hold down shift when resizing?
try fading in the big rectangle gradient on the right. select its layer, go to layer - add layer mask - reveal all.
select the gradient tool, making sure foreground is black, background - white.
click and drag from left to right over the rectangle, it should fade the side.
just experiment with the tool.
Text is quite poor btw. get rid of the repeats.
