Patrick-Kluivert.com Design Contest
www.Patrick-Kluivert.com is the leading Patrick Kluivert Fanpage. With 1000 unique visitors a day (with 16.000 unique visitors on 31 August 2006), there are a lot of people who visit the page and see its design. However, because we aren't totally satisfied with the current header-image, we need a new and beautiful header-image for site and forum. That's why we've decided to hold this contest. To encourage also non-Kluivert fans (like you, users of soccer-art.co.uk) to participate we've decided to add a small money prize ($20 USD) for the winner.

What we need:
• A header-image with the following dimensions:
HEIGHT: 70px to 120px
WIDTH: 950px to 1000px
• Must only include one big text: "PATRICK-KLUIVERT.COM" (No other texts!)
• TIP: When using Kluivert-images, try to use pictures of the national team. If not, try to blur the club-shirts a bit
• TIP: The header-image which fits best with both the site and the forum (red-white colours) will win
• TIP: To get an idea, check the current header-image: http://i12.tinypic.com/29aywch.jpg

Prizes:
• $20 USD (The money will only be transfered over Paypal)
• The winner will be credited on our site for the header-image with name (or nickname) and a link to his site
• The winner will be awarded an exclusive @patrick-kluivert.com e-mail address

Sure I figured already that a pack with 1000 pictures is way too much. I'm going to make a selection of the quality and appropriate pictures and upload that tonight to yousendit.com

Good contest and thanks for starting it and following all the rules. The entries should be posted here so everyne can see the competition and the goals. It will also be very organized by user and make your life easy as well.

I hope you get an amazing banner, and I am sure that the members here can deliver!

I've got a small addition; because people on other forum (like patrick-kluivert.com) are also participating (okay they might not be as good as you), I've created a page where I will upload all entries. So that way, you can easily see the entries of other people as well:
