I'll make a fast reply.
The only thing i think must be improved is to be added some more effects on the text, because it doesn't fit the bg. Partially, the two elements are good, but the bound between them must be found.
Otherwise the other effects on the figure are very interesting. The combination between styles in the background makes a good impression too.
So my note is that you shoul think more about the relationship between the separate elements in your artwork - everything should be consecutive, so that the eye can run smoothly over the picture.
