Default Viewing PSD files

Hello everyone,
I am taking a PS course from HWG/IWA. When I post my homework on my site, everything views fine exept the PSD files. The thumbnails are JPEG, and are linked to the PSD files. I know PSD files cannot be viewed by browsers, and that a save/view document Dialog box should appear from the link. All I get is a bunch of unreadable code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
-Randy

Hi Randy...

Don't link directly to the PSD files Randy. That can make the persons Photoshop app start up, and load the document -- or try to.

ZIP up the PSD files and link to those through the thumbnails instead. Besides, zipping the raw psd files will shrink their file size for download purposes; which is always a recommended thing to do.
