I like the BG it has a nice feel to it. Render needs some more effects and maybe change the text. Great try mate.

Render needs effects
Background isnt that nice

Don't like font and place, where you've putted text.
There is too much brushes in BG, also you should work on colours.
I'm not fan of render.
