Default Pen tool issue

OK, I am in need of some pen tool guidance. It's like whenever I want to make a curvy line with the pentool, and I stroke it with the pencil tool or brush tool it comes out very pixely, like this:

I want to know how to smooth it out. Or does anyone else know how to draw the outlines of a picture?

like this:

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I think I understand you.

When you draw something with the Pen Tool, join the path up and right click and click 'Make Section'. Put the Feather Radius on 0, then you should have an Outline, then click the Marquee tool and right click 'Stroke'. It's better to stroke with 2/3 Pixels as it's more smoother.

Hope I made sense
