Default viewing files..

Hello everyone
This may be completely off of any subject here, but it is somehow related:
If I send a .jpg file (or any other graphic file for that matter), to someone via e-mail and their Internet Browser is the default viewer, how does that person zoom in or out in order to get the pic to view properly on their screen?
Call me slow, but I can seem to figure this out, and some things I would like to share just dont look right if you have to scroll from the right/left or up/down to see the detail.

Can anyone help?

well if you have ie 6 you have those small icons that popup and it auto chnages the picture to fit your browser window.

and the scroll bars only apers if the picture are bigger then the browser windows so try keeaping the res down if you want your friend to se it with out any scrollbars apering.
