As for the music, you should be able to use demos as they're not official releases. Well you can unless you're the BNP or something :p

I have some nice instrumentals and I can ask my mate for some good samples but have a listen to this...I'm sure most would recognise it and it's kinda neutral.

You'd have to cut the first bit out and to make the file smaller you could just have a verse and chorus on a loop plus it should be okay to use as these get remixed all over the place. In fact I have the whole album in instrumentals and most of them sound good.
