Hi Duga.
I dunno how your psd setup for this image is but the gif in IR shows 9 ani layers. The wheel shifted position from layers 3 to 8. You'll have to centre it constantly through all layers as you rotate the wheel.
Here's a quickie fixer upper..... hehehe
, not finely done but if you re-work on it, it'll be better than this [bustagut]
hope my 2 sens helps.

Did you do the ani directly in IR? I would suggest you do the ani layers in PS.
It looks like your wheel doesn't seem to be a perfect circle. If it's not perfect, your rotating it will throw it off-centre in all layers.

I agree, it doesn't seem to be a perfect circle.
Also, the shadows and highlights stay constant. This wouldn't happen if a real wheel was turning, because the light source is staying still.

simple way
well a simple way to rotate thing are to use the Free transform tool
(CTRL-T) and the just place your mouse right out side the corner of the transform box and rotate it. and if you hold down shift it rotates by hmm like 15 degres i think at a time =)
and if the weels not entierly round you can move the center point (yes the one in the middle) to the center of your shape and then it will rotate around that.
Ok i took al this out of my memory so maby it not 100% true but as long as no onw sas any thing i will keep beliving that i remembered corect.
Rock on =)
