Decided to make a tutorial on this effect i use a LOT. This one's more for the amateurs than the pros actually. I've written with noobs in mind, and i hope the illustrations are clear enough to understand.

Note : this isn't just for nature photos, etc. Its a very useful render effect as well. Try it. Experiment with other blurs, etc.

And yeaha, if you use it, could you post a copy of the outcome, not a rule or anything but i'm just curious. Thanks.
