Nice. I like this one. But here's some food for thought -

~text - DEFINITELY can be improved. Try some simple sans serif fonts, this curvy girly font really lets the wall down.

~brushing - Just remove the brushing, it just looks weird and out of place, the render will blend in automatically against black.

~bg - try making the badge bigger, and desaturate it (also reduce opacity). Try and add more design elements in the bg - more pics of rio, or a pic of theater of dreams or something.
