When you make shapes with rounded or radiused corners, what is the best way to make the edge nice and sharp? I can't believe how addictive PS7 is!!! Appreciate the help. Thanks

If you`re making a selection, make sure it`s anti-aliased or use the shape tool and make a vector mask.
All pixels are square, so the best you can do in raster graphics is fool the eye into thinking it sees a round corner by letting those pixels bleed a bit (anti-aliasing).
Other options vary if it`s a transparent gif, or a very small image, or half a dozen other situations.
If that doesn`t work, let us know what you`re using it for, or maybe post an image. And we can get more specific.
