You can do it an easier way.

Suppose the sig is 350 x 150 right? You just make the sig 344 x 144 and then when your done, control A, cut, make canvas 346x146, paste, stroke 1, flatten image, control A, cut, make canvas 348x148, make background color you want border to be, paste, flatten image, control A, cut, make canvas 350x150, and paste, there you have a double border.

Now that I type it it's not so much easier. I mean, It would be clearer if I weren't being hurried out the door by my GF...lol...g2g
