What brush pack is it? and if anyone has an answer to this, can anyone give me the link?

The first one is a combinaton of brushing and c4d. The second one is more done out of lines.

all the lines/circles are defaults. you have to make em for yourself

make a square/lines/circle and define it as a pattern, then you can easily use it for your background

the first sig isn't made with c4d + photoshop,only photoshop - smudging and dissolved layers.

but you can find c4d renders in a lot of graphic forum and site, and some with google
