"could not use the smudge tool ( 4 example)because the scratch disks are full"
How can i find a soulution??
Need realy help. thx

sounds like you might be running out of hard disk space, how much have you got left? Run a disk cleanup and it might solve the problem. If it doesn't, you might be resigned to re-installing your Photoshop.

On lokal disk C i have only 657 MB!! But on D n E i got 215 GB!!
Seems like i have to clean C?!

Try emptying your Temporary Internet Files, this may take some of your space. And put all your 'non-system' folders on the other disks.
