Great goal by Essien but still not on a par with Taylor's. There have been so many great goals this season but the Taylor one is the benchmark now, will be hard to beat imo.

I dunno essiens was spectacular well so was taylors but essiens looked more finess if you know what i mean, as it curled like a bitch into net, taylors looked as though he smacked it on volley and it wen't in but never the less both goal of the month / season contenders

I personally feel that this will only make West Ham in a worse situation. To be honest, I did expect a fall from them, even on the 31st of August when they bought 2 players which people consider to be the future of football. First of all, that isn't their club and seeing their mates playing badly will only effect them and as a result they'll play badly too.

There was too much pressure on Padrew, and considering what he did to West Ham the last two years, the sacking was just unfair.

I think that the problem in West Ham wasnt the coach, it was in the players, they dont play like they used to play, after Tevez and Mascerano came West Ham started to play really bad and lost most of the games they played till now. I think that it was a bad idea to buy such big players in a team like West Ham, but the president knows what he is doing, but i`m 100% sure that Pardew is a great manager and he wasnt the problem for the bad games his team played....
