Hello,

I'm a beginner in photoshop and i have a question how can i get the effect like this:

And how can i round the corners like this i'm trying in photoshop but it doesn't works for me
I hope someone can helps me

A quick search with the search option of the forum showed me several threads, amongst which http://www.photoshopgurus.info/forum...pic.php?t=2237

You can also make a rectangular selection, fill that with a colour, deselect, apply the Gaussian Blur filter to it and then open the levels dialog and drag the triangular sliders together. Then reselect and fill/stroke as you fancy:

Rectangular Selection Tool on the tools palette
Alt+Del to fill with foreground colour
Filters Menu>Blur>Gaussian Blur (experiment with settings)
Image Menu>Adjustments>Levels or Ctrl/Cmd+L
