these things are called minikits, they're made for FIFA, so you can look around... or ask in this forum to the one that makes them.

What is done there is first there is a base of it, then you add colours to the kit and use the pen tool for the detail. I do have a pre-made one but they aren't the best. The ones Nissart has are the best.

just search the minikit template then you colour it, and paste the logos and thats it
