As it seems many people here want it to be served without any effort.I posted my .psd and u're still asking how to make things..if you look closely and try to think how i made this you will get the things more easily and u will know what i meant with doing this or that..this technique is 2 max 3 layers..

Well,that's the way,you have to find out youself,and you could learn a new lighting technique except lens flare&blur (which is lame )
