I don't actually know where to request wallpapers so I'll do it here.
Please could somebody make me a wallpaper with Leo Messi, Ronaldinho and Cesc Fabregas on it.
I would like it with a blueish background and the three players in that order from left to right (Messi left, Ronaldinho centre, Fabregas right) with there names and clubs written in a not too small and not too big font style on the wallpaper aswell.

You cant request wallpapers here, Signatures yes, Wallpapers no.
You could PM someone maybe and see if they will make it for you but there is no guarantee they will do it. Why not have a go yourself?
