i like this. Lovely colours, nice effects. I think it needs so text in the black area to make it look a bit more complete. Good work

Well,it's ok man,but i don't think that the lights and these colours are the best choice for it..i mean u should make some contrast like city/sky ; lightness/darkness etc.Because u have messed and putted many colours on a city pic,nothing extra interesting,sorry.Try and make a simple photomanip,something interesting in the sky as background and something like this + change a bit the colours,also u can add some text on the black areas because like that it looks quite unfinished!Keep it up.
