true, i know what you mean its an easy tut. but i didnt know.. and i dont think i will be the only one out there... what about people who has just got photoshop or who is learning ?

Ya, nice effort, but u forgot to say you must select all before going to edit>stroke or it wont work.

It's a good tut,when i started PS one year ago,for like 5-6 months i didn't know how to make a border.AcMilan is right though,you have to press Ctrl+A,and then go to Edit>Stroke.
