If you have a football forum and you need a website or you want a new website, Soccer-Art can design and even code (for additional money) a website for you. If you are impressed with our website and work, then you just have to request here.

Rules:

1) You must be as descriptive as possible with your request.
2) You must offer your price for the services (for example, template: $100)
3) You must state the payment details
4) If you do not pay for what you receive, you will be banned from the soccer-art server forever and your host will be notified for fraudulent behavior.

Well anyone can complete it yes, it depends on the customer. And anyone can request a site as long as they pay the user. But after the requester makes a template request, you usually post a portfolio of work.. and he chooses someone from the interested parties.

Can you barter for stuff done? For example my mate and I are doing a few gigs at the moment however we don't really have any money but if someone did some pic editing for us we could send them on a CD of our songs...would this be acceptable?:confused:
